About Us

Constanza and Agustina met serendipitously at Columbia University talking about ways to reduce the landfilling of textile. Fast forward a few months and they were performing waste characterization studies and researching textile sortation and collection. It was during that process that they came up with the Sortile Device, originally as a tool to help them research and it was only after speaking with many of these companies that they realized the true potential it could have in boosting textile diverstion.

Today we are a team of 7 incredibly passionate people working towards eliminating textiles from landfills. We are honored to be able to work in this industry and look forward to everything we will accomplish!
